A breast reduction. Are they creating a health problem? If not count your blessings and try to be more secure in your own skin. Weight loss will change the size but also the shape.

Hey dude i shall tell ya...
U have to do,
Shoulder Bracing Excercises and stretch ur muscles in front of ur chest, pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.
Shoulder shrugging exercise also will help 4 this.
the most important advice to reduce ur breast in to wear a firm brasier so that they dont hang and later appear larger than normal.
surgery wil cause unnecessary complications in ur middle adulthood. so reducing ur weight will help u a lot.
exercise the shoulder twice a day and wenever u sit sit wit an erect spine.ok

Bali is a brand name of a bra. They make one that is suppose to make you look like a half or full size smaller than you are.It wil say something like "reduces you by". then it tells you how much. Good luck!

It you are over-weight by more than 20 pounds... lose weight . that will help. If not, then only breast reduction surgery will work. Good Luck! :)

There are great bra's out there. I bought a Bali Minimizer bra and it definitely made me look a little bit smaller.
