What's a fresher?
Prepare for your interview ahead of time. I know this sounds stupid, but if you go through your resume ahead of time and kind of get the beats down as to what your going to say the interview will go a lot smoother.
Get a friend and conduct a mock interview. Also with the Internet it makes it easy to do some research on the company you're interviewing with. Know a little bit about them and think up a few questions to ask them. They'll be impressed if you know something about them and are inquisitive.
There are lists of the most common interview questions all over the net. Do a search on your favorite engine.

"fresher"? What do you mean by that? Best way to handle any interview is to be yourself and be honest about your skills.
