The office is having a surprise birthday luncheon for my boss. Lots of important guests to be here, about 15. Need it for tomorrow.

1. One pound box of spaghetti, cooked
Mix:
1 bottle Shillings Salad Supreme
Small bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
cucumber, diced
Roma tomatoes, chopped
green pepper, chopped
onion, chopped

Toss and chill.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Spinach dip heres what you need:
A microwave
A big microwave-safe bowl
A spoon

1 block (8 oz.) of cream cheese
8 oz. (2 cups) bag of shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar/mozzerella cheese mix
1 frozen box of chopped spinach
1 medium tomato
1 small onion (white, yellow or red)

Tortilla chips, crusty bread, or both to dip with.
Let the spinach thaw out and chop up the tomato and onion.
Put all the food ingredients in the big bowl except the chips, stir to mix. Heat in microwave on medium to medium-high heat until cheese is all melted, about 6-8 minutes. Stir about halfway through cooking. After all heated and cheese is all melted, stir to mix everything together and dip!
One creative option - hollow out a loaf of crusty Italian bread and scoop the dip into the hollowed out crust!
This dip is also great in a low fat variety, using part-skim cheddar cheese and fat free cream cheese. It honestly tastes ALMOST as good with like 80% less fat and one half the calories as the regular version

Or Target / local grocery store usually makes this too.

Below is a hot dip. In case you wanted the refrigerated dip, buy Knorr's Creamy Vegetable Soup Mix. On the front label you should see a pic of the soup (yawn) and the "famous" spinach dip (yum). The recipe is on the back, using the soup mix as the seasonings. Spinach-Artichoke Dip 1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach 2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor. Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame. Serve with bagel chips.
