Hard to believe the tragic irony.

Irony is really that the Amish people are praying for the killer!
I am not sure that I could have such an outlook. They have strong views that when you leave this life, you move on to something better. One was said to have stated that those who died had it easier than those who survived it all. I think in some ways, they are right.
I do not want anyone thinking that I believe it is better to die though. This was just not something that should have happened. I hope only the best for all those touched by this story and hope that something good may come out of it all. I am still finding a hard time finding the good though.

The families of the murdered Amish girls are shattered. Their lives will never be the same. All it takes is one demented and depraved idiot to ruin the lives of not only a whole community, but a whole nation.
The killer's wife is a victim, too.

That's strange and very ironic. Why is that people always pick on the innocent children, kids that have yet to live a life. The world is messed up.......where on earth do these people come from? - If they have problems why not seek professional help?

all of this whole mess is so sad all of it . and now more of those poor children are going to have messed up heads because of this and probably years of therapy. So sad and so depressing .I do not even watch the news at night any more it is so depressing.

I think what happened is so sad....those girls were so young to have their lives taken away by that homicidal maniac....I hope he burns for all eternity!!
