Tell him that it bothers you when he wines, be nice about it, but tell him he needs to stop . Then sometime in the future on a day wen he has not whined a whole lot reward him with something( use your imagination) and tell him you appreciate him making an effort to stop whining. Even if he hasn't;t made an effort he will think that he has and has been rewarded and make a conscience effort to stop.

hey i know how you feel my boyfriend was not that bad but bad enough i felt like i was the older one i told hem to act like the man i fell in love with not the little kid and from this day he has

Show him this. Women dont like whiners he should be informed that it makes you wanna puke. Maybe hell quit. If he doesnt, that shows he doesnt respect your thoughts values ideas beliefs or judgements and is in need of a dumping.
