what is a good area tolive in atlanta geogria.?

i will be moving at atl ga. soon and would like to check out some of the surrounding areas in atl. that would have more townhouses and condos.

Northeast of Atlanta. Gwinnette county. Check out Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Duluth, etc. Housing is very affordable, there's a huge mall and everybody's super nice.
