Red heads are definitely the hottest. My pick is Jean from X-men. But Elektra was also cute. You could go with Poison Ivy from Batman, or do a red headed cat woman or wonder woman.

Jessica Rabbit is hard to beat but maybe you could be the Phoenix from X-Men. Or Poison Ivy from Batman. Electra from Daredevil, I think she had red hair in the comic book.

I think redheads are underrepresented in the cartoon world....You'll probably find 100 clone redhead anime heroines. I can only think of Jes Rabbit, and Ariel...i used to think penelope Pitstop was a redhead, alas that was only her racing uniform with a red hat.
