A&F is so expensive because they are a brand name. You can get items just as cute and almost the exact same for alot cheaper. But because they are a known name, they inflate prices because people like known names. They use the same materials and same styles, just as a brand, the more known, the more expensive.

Well...i personally dont think its expensive at all...but it actually costs some money because it is a well known brand and people all over the country wear it....its only expensive because it has the abercrombie label on it!!

A and F thinks they can charge anything they want. The same clothes you could probably buy in Target or WalMart for way less.

Because it is supposedly the same caliber as Banana Republic! I personally like American Eagle and Old Navy myself. Its better than all of those. I don't even like gap, and that is the exact same company as Old Navy!

Because people really like it and it's fashionable and they'll pay to be fashionable. Ever hear of the story of the lemmings running into the sea? One gets the idea, they all follow....
