I want to go to college to be a grapic designer but i want to know wat classes i need. Like when u go to college, do u absolutlty HAVE to take core subjects like Mth acience and english and junk like that, or do u just take classes which your degree pertains to. Plz help me.

That will depend on the University you choose, but I can give you a general answer. Yes, you will have to take core (or gen-ed, as they are called at some schools,) classes. Core classes are different for each major. For example, a person studying something IT related, like graphic design, will not have to take as many liberal arts classes as a person who is majoring in English or Psychology. Likewise, a Psychology major will need very little computer work, and will only have to take a semester or two of math and science. Think if it this way - you'd be bored out of your mind if you only took graphic design classes. You'll enjoy mixing it up a little, and it will give you a chance to meet people outside of your department. Good luck!
