the last time i was here i told her secret and everyone knew about it. i got some good adivce and told her. she was upset. i didn't know she would end up going back to her old self. what i'm saying is she's cutting herself and becoming distant from her friends and family again. it happened before. she almost killed herself. years went by and now she's back to her old self. i blame myself for doing this. how can i help her this time?

get her help. go to this website. www.yelloribbon.org. its well i can't really describe it. its called: THIS RIBBON IS A LIFELINE! and then it said: "I NEED TO USE MY YELLOW RIBBON." if you have one of that hand it to her or i think you can also go to the website for it. to see if they have one i mean. just hand it to your friend. let her use it on her own and it might really help her.
you can also call this hotline or let your friend anna do the same thing:
1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) OR
1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)
this isn't ur fault. don't listen to your other friend. like you said it happened before. it will always come back but get her help. don't blame this on you. if she dies it wasn't your fault. your other friend is just trying to scare you.
tell her parents. anyone that could help her. don't let this happen to her. don't wait forever. don't wait because if you do it would be to late already

First of all I am guessing that you did not give out her name and vital statistics so whats the problem. You are a friend that is trying to help her. Could it be that she doesn't want to be helped because she is now getting all the attention. Whatever the case she needs some serious professional help if she's cutting.
Personally I would tell her look i did that because i care about you if you cant handle that too bad. Get off her @@@ and quit feeling sorry for herself.

Never, ever blame yourself for someone else's issues. She needs help and you're doing the right thing. She needs counseling, medication, love, support. Just hang in there, girl!

you need to tell her family so they can help her....if she doesnt get help she will get worse. You are not to blame, im sure there are many factors involved however if u dont tell her parents and something happens to her how would u feel then?

You actually did the right thing by asking for help for your friends, but you really can't do anything to help. Just continue to be friends and hope for the best :P

advise your friend to go and see a doctor, she shouldn;t suffer in silence. You are not qualified to deal with this, it is a difficult problem. Don't worry too much, you can only take responibility for your own life and actions- not those of your friend.

tell her parents and ask them to get her help. Tell your school counselor if they don't already know. If she's really that depressed, you need to tell any adult you can talk to.

not much you can do cept have her see her dr....but remain friends..people with depression just sink deeper and deeper..without human interaction....it's hard to live with depression...I know. I live with it daily.
It is so hard...
