We could get a chance to see how we deal with 11,000,000 new citizens should the dems get control of congress because the first thing they will approve is MASS AMNESTY for all illegals. This of course would include all of the terrorists that are here as well, because......well we can't discriminate now can we.
Seriously, how is this amnesty going to tax (sorry for the pun) our systems?
Will there be dem voter registration people at the court house that control who gets in for the amnesty program? You know like, "dude, if you want to be a citizen you have to register to vote for those people that are giving you amnesty before we can let you in the court house."
Pretty thought isn't it, that and Speaker of the House Comrade Pelosi, ouch that gives me a headache just thinking about it.

Can the USA absorb 11,000,000 new citizens? Yes
Can the USA absorb 11,000,000 new citizens that don't want to learn the language and really want to be Mexicans that just live in the USA? No
The immigration problem we have in the U.S. now is much more like colonization. Mexicans coming in to our country and trying to make us adapt to their culture. I have lots of friends who live in the U.S. legally that are originally from Mexico (who are also against illegal immigration by the way) and they are patriotic Americans. They know why their families left Mexico and they don't seek to turn this country in to the one they just fled.

The premise of your question is flawed on so many levels.
1) "Amnesty" as you call it would not be immediate. It would take months, perhaps even years, for a current illegal alien to get a green card. They have to have that for at least 3 years before they can apply for citizenship, 5 years if they are not married to a US citizen. Part of that process will include a criminal background check and a check of the terrorist watch list. That happens now. No new legislation is required.
2) The 11,000,000 people are already here and part of our economy. The ones who are currently working illegally would obtain a work permit pending their green card application. Once they do that and are "on the books" they will start paying into FICA and other federal taxes.
3) In some jurisdictions a green card holder can vote in local elections. That's never the case for federal elections. You have to be a citizen first and as I have indicated that will take years for any given individual.
4) The republicans will be courting those new voters as eagerly as the democrats. Don't kid yourself.

confident, it is authentic that each and every u . s . has made foreign places coverage blunders. in spite of the undeniable fact that, once you communicate approximately that by using our own information we are meant to be the shining city on the hill, we are meant to be the morallly upright champion of human rights and freedoms, we've fallen heavily short. many people love usa of america (i think of Franken have been given this rather precise) like a 4 year previous loves mommy. Mommy can do no incorrect. How dare you question mommy. Any fact of incorrect doing means you do unlike mommy. Many others (I evaluate myself in this type) love usa of america like an grownup loves mom. all of us comprehend widely used she's a darned good u . s . whose made some blunders (And this is the somewhat significant element) because of the fact we adore her, we continually choose her to do better and be the superb u . s . or man or woman (if we are speaking approximately mom and not usa of america) that she would be in a position to be. So while she has performed incorrect, we convey it to her interest so as that it is addressed, repaired, and that mistake never made back.

Well, since they are already here, I guess we can absorb them & if they are made citizens & given a social security number, they will have to pay taxes on all their earnings like the rest of us &
it should make the Social Security solvent, that is , of course, until the politicians "borrow" from it again.
However, on the other hand, our hospitals cannot absorb them & all their needs for free, as it is now, many hospitals are going under because of all the illegals that they are forced by law to care for in their emergency rooms, but who have no insurance & cannot pay the bill. That problem will need to be seriously addresses (put them all on ACCESS ?)

Most of these people are already on State welfare programs, so it wouldn't change much giving them amnesty. It's costing us now so what difference does it make. Too bad though that alot of US citizens can't get State Aid.

No, we can't but they don't care. Don't vote party, vote the person and the issue. You can't control a party but you can elect people who will work for legal Americans.

I'm 100% against the dems plans, BUT they are already here so it is not really like adding 11 million new people.

You should consider the influx of new Social Security funds that these new people would bring into the system.
