I think it's a matter of the finance charge they will heep on you. Yes you can buy one because you can't declare BR for at least 7 years. However, 1) you will run into issues with higher interest rates 2) Dealerships the more reputable ones may have issues, so that leaves the unreputable ones to deal with.
