What's the increase of accidents per year?

People on their friggin' cel phones and driving!!! Nothing drives me more crazy! Why don't the authorities do more to stop this? It's obviously a major issue... source info- A teenager driving w/cel phone is equal to an eighty year old driver (Yahoo!)...

I agree with you. I'm sure there is an increase. It should be the law that cars must pull over to a complete stop before using a cell phone. I heard it is as distracting as driving drunk ! Good Luck! :)
