It doesn't hurt and it only seems to expand on a cold day for a short while... I dont know though cuz other than that it doesnt pain in any way...

Absolutely. You never know what a lump, swollen gland, or any ongoing problem might be. Get it checked ASAP.

It could possibly be cold urticaria. Obviously, there is something going. You should have gone to a doctor a long time ago.

my brother has the same problem, his tonsils are HUGE te doctor said it' normal unless they begin to hurt... so if it starts to hurt go to the doctor because you might need to get them removed.... but if it's just normally like this for you i wouldnt worry about it

well i had the same thing happen to me and i went to the doctor and he wanted them out as soon as possible
