yes, but only with a prescription. The over the counter stuff you see are all Pro hormones or claim to stimulate the release of HGH.

Human growth hormones are legal but have to be written by a physician. It is generally used to treat dwarfism or other growth problems. Uses by athletes to build muscle and bulk are illegal and punishable by jail time.

Yes, as far as I know. Only prohormones are illegal. Check out bodybuilding.com they have alot of information on it.
