The pride, and embarrassment, of a democracy is the ability of all citizens to vote their conscience. While it give some sense of control to the common man it is, in reality, easily corrupted.

The founders of this great country assumed that all the people that want to play a part in directing their lives would be as sensible as they were. Of course back then it was basically true as all people had some history of being controlled by their government. Now we, by and large, are distanced from that government and the only time we choose to get involved is when we feel someone may trample on our rights.

By voting for whoever you wish you have exercised your voting right. But to vote for a party that is not likely to win or does not have the national interest at heart you may as well have stayed at home. That is why so many do. They can't find any party they agree with.

Vote for what you believe but understand what you are voting for. If you don't you may soon be very sorry along with all of us.

In my eyes it is wrong becuase the politcal party base their policies on people with regards to their skin colour, religion and origin. That is the core element of racism and prejudice. The party then aim to discriminate against people based on these attributes.

The don't have any real policies that a serious party should have. They don't have any idea's about public psending, the NHS or education. They are a self-confessed racist party that prey on peoples fears to get elected and "drive out" other human beings.

Phrases like "Stand up for our country before it's too late" are typical of what the BNP want people to believe. What do you need to stand up against, whats going to happen when it's "too late"?

There is no denying the fact that immigrants have boosted our economy, and created as many jobs as they have taken. But for some reason white/british people hate to see someone with darker skin or an accent doing well (or better than they) in the UK. They think that they are taking the wealth that should have gone to them or a british person, which seriously is not how it works.

Britain (the British Empire) has had more of an effect on other countries, religious belief, culutre and behaviour than any adjustments we recieve. Foreigners have added spice to many aspects of our lives, from fine cuisine to new styles of play in football.

Does it matter if the doctor you are treated by was originally from India, or if the teacher who teaches your kids was born in China? Of course it doesn't. There are just as many people from the UK going to live abroad (as has been the case for decades) than the ones that are coming here.

We made Britain Great on the backs of many of these countries whose citezens are wanting to come to live and work in the UK. Without them we would be a tiny island struggling for economic and politcal strength on the world stage. Now it's time to share a piece of the pie.

To be honest i like it when i go somehwhere like a school or hospital and see people from different nationalities. We are breaking down the divides which has obstructed the human race for millenia.

Certainly not, they are a legally constituted party and have as much right to exist as any other party. Anyone who doesn't think that you have a right to vote BNP doesn't believe in Democracy. Unfortunately, that includes, TV channels 1 to 5, this Government, most teachers/lecturers, most of the public sector, and the majority of students who are fresh from the indoctrination of their teachers.

No we have given the other parties a go and they have done nothing to listen to our voices.
send millions overseas when our own peoples in poverty .
build mosques when we need schools.
come here and get free everything its the land of milk and honey.
have a war with their country and ho well fight for our motherland .
let clerics walk around our streets shouting jihad and we support suicide bombers.
there is not a country in the world but the UK that would put up with that.
they should have been shipped out asap.
all asylum seekers should be sent back as long as its safe to do and all immigrants should surrender their second passport and do an oath of allegiance to their new home.
good or bad and if they don't like the way things are done send them back.

Assuming you're English - would you like it if you wanted to go to Wales, but the Welsh people said "no, get out you filthy Englishman, we don't want your sort here, go back to your own country." Does that seem fair? One world. One people.

Add to that the fact that the BNP have one policy - get immigrants out. Well isn't that sensible, we're going to send 'home' all the people who aren't of anglo-saxon decent. What about people born in Britain who have never been to their 'home' country? What about someone who's half Indian and half Thai, where do you send them? What if someone's great great great grandfather was Polish, do you cut off 1/6th of them and send it to Poland? How about people from the USSR which doesn't even EXIST any more? What about people who are anglo-saxon but aren't British? And then how are you going to run the NHS without the HUGE amount that foreigners contribute? Something like 40% of dentists in London are Polish. There are legions of nurses and doctors from Asia who work here because it gives them an opportunity. Get rid of them and the country will STOP WORKING.

You're an idiotic racist fascist. If you don't like the government then instead of voting for extremists to "show them" VOTE FOR SOMEONE WHO MATTERS, and who won't take away democracy as soon as they're in power - just like the other more famous nazi party did.

There is nothing wrong voting for who you want to but you should truly think about what it is they stand for. Do you want a group of Modern day Nazi's representing you? And think about British History. We as 'Brits' are a real mixture of different nationalities and I don't know a single person who has no 'foreign' blood anywhere in their genealogy. Think about what would happen if the BNP's values were taken to the 'n' degree. Would there be any of us left?

Always. The BNP hold extremist views, which generally lead to extremist policies when in power. Voting hardcore Communism would be just as bad.
If you want to stand up for your country (and mine), look for moderation. If we treat all people evenly and equally, then there would be no oppressed who believe there is no other option than the gun. People don't blow themselves up unless they have lost all hope, and feel their life has no longer any purpose.
We were never attacked by Islamic extremists until our government invaded another country, trying to enforce its will upon its people. Would you not become a terrorist and fight for Britain if it were invaded by India (simply an example, I've nothing against India), and you had their soldiers blowing up your hospital, school, and church; kidnapping your father in the middle of the night and torturing him, & if you had no water to drink?
Extremism leads to extreme counteractions. Please think again.

Yes, but I also dislike Labour and the Tories... what to do? I'd vote Green if they had a candidate in my area, but they don't, so I backed the Lib-Dems in the last by-election.

Whose country is this? What does standing up for it mean? I cannot answer those questions.

It makes perfect sense for any British person to vote for the BNP since they represent the native population. It would make no sense to not support them

We live in a democracy so its ok to vote for whoever you want. I personally dont agree with the BNP and think the general population share this view.

I wouldnt think too highly of anyone who voted for the BNP.
