I have to say.. I hit the lights and lay on the ground until they are gone... Once they know you buy from kids they are like Ants on sugar.. I don't have that kind of money.. Your thoughts?

NO, I WILL BUY FROM CO- WORKERS IF THEIR KIDS ARE SELLING, BUT I DONT WANT TO FEEL OBLIGATED. I ALREADY GIVE TO MANY CHARITIES...

No, I don't. My husband is so cute, when he's at work and I'm home alone he says not to open the door for anyone! I feel like a little kid :) But he's got good reason - there are a lot of weirdos out there.

And no, I wouldn't buy candy or anything from kids. Even if my car is clearly parked in the driveway, I refuse to answer or acknowledge the door.

Sometimes. But the bad thing is I have 3 kids 6th 7th 8th graders. The all happen to be selling the same thing at the same time!!

Sometimes I do if I can afford it and if the kid/child is selling it. What I hate is when the kids parents bring the stuff to work and try selling it without the kid around. That isn't teaching the kid anything at all if you ask me.

if you dont have the money just tell them no,if its for a kids organization i like to try and help out,its good to see kids involved in different activities at least they are staying out of trouble

it worries and infuriates me when my children come home from school with fundraising kits. way to teach our kids to buy into capitalism and focus on things such as competitiveness and focus less on academics and creativity....things children SHOULD be thinking about. oh yeah, and FUN...just being KIDS.
