OMG!!! Yes. It's even more embarrassing when someone finally actually comes on the line and asks "how can I help you?" What the hell do you say when you have forgotten why you called in the first place. LMAO!

yes! I use my time on hold to get other things done, and sometimes have even forgotten why I had the phone up to my ear, so when the person actually gets on the line, it catches me by surprise!

on hold, with bad muzak in the background........ i've given other people the phone while i did things and said let me know if a live person comes on.... what's worse is getting stuck in "prompt" hell..... push this and push that.... so, i pushed on the numbers the spell F U, what do u know, i got a live person!
