"To war"? I don't think so, but certainly towards it. Pakistan and India have already had a near-nuclear face-off and wisely backed down. If only Iran and North Korea could be trusted to show such deliberation when on the brink of using nuclear weapons. The US has had them for over half a century and only used them those two times back at the beginning. India and Pakiston know that a war with today's weapons is a far, far more dangerous thing than it used to be. Wars that previously would have had hundreds to thousands of casualties will swiftly be fought with hundreds of thousands to millions of casualties--fortunately, they don't have a lot of those bombs.
I don't think this will push things over the edge, but I do think that the next thing will be tolerated very poorly and that might.

No.
India never begins the war. We only protect our borders.
The world has seen the result of Kargil war, which is a mis-adventure by a neighbouring country and how they were pushed back.
If India wanted, they could have crossed the borders and gone into their country. But the the disciplined armed forces, pushed the enemy back to their border.
Every one knows, pakistan shelters and allows terrorists to be trained in their coil. The main accused of Mumbai blast of 1993 lives in Pakistan and his daughter is married to a famous cricketer's daughter. Yet, pakistan says, they do not know where that person lives !!!
Pakistan will say that ISI is not involved. I am sure there will not be any evidence for that. Will an organisation like ISI leave some witness/proof ?
Anyway, nothing is going to happen from pakistan side, other than denying. They would never co-operate to flush out terrorists.
Did not we see kandahar plane hijacking to get the terrorists released from Indian Jails? How did this happen?
Now, the death sentence of Afzal is being created as major issue by a section of kashmiris. Afzal agreed that he was involved in the Parliament attack where many security persons died. He says, he did not know about the actual plan, but helped the terrorists. His lawyer argues that he did not kill any. But is she wiser than Supreme court? How can one question supreme court of India. They can always apply for president's pardon.
Anyway, there will not be a war. Atleast India will not begin one.

Pakistan Generals who are dictators are always on the look out for a war when ever they are in danger of loosing power. So any thing can be used as an excuse or an excuse can be created to make an issue . Do not get trapped like our politicians who try to convince people that Pakistan is a peace loving nation.

It will happen, both Pakistan and India are pushing towards war. The number of terrorist instances will increase during the next few months as each country will attempt to foil the other. Empty rhetoric will serve neither.

The police should do an honest and professional job . War or no war is not their agenda. People should know what the facts are.
