Totally, if they're going to make a fourth movie. I don't see how they can when they've killed of Jean, Scott and Xavier, kind of. Magneto might get his powers back so that could be your evil villain, but the only other conceivable villain you can have is Apocalypse and his horsemen, but you've also got the problem of who's running the insitute, Storm, Logan or Beast?
Gambit was supposed to be in X-Men: The Last Stand but they wrote him out because they had Rogue fall in love with Bobby so she didn't need a love interest. I was so annoyed when I heard that.

i dont think they are making a 4th x-men movie. but i do know that they are making a movie about the life of Magneto when he was a youngster.
but to answer your original question, yes i do think they should add all those characters. especially gambit!
