Just ignore them and remember, they wouldn't be catty if they didn't have low self esteem and envy something about the person they are being catty to. Also, I hang out with a lot of guys and I've found that though they may be attracted to a catty girl for her looks, it won't last because they think the cattiness is ugly.

Don't associate with them. Stay away from them, when girls or even grown women act in this manner, it is usually because they are jealous and have a very low opinion of themselves. I would not let anyone with that type of attitude bother me and I would just ignore them. What they are seeking is a reaction and attention. So, do not give it to them. and they will move on.

Don't even pay them any mind. Lots of females are haters and are jeolous. That's why I don't have to many female friends because they like to backstab you.
