I drink a glass of prune juice every day in the morning and that helps me avoid constipation.

But I am concerned if this would have any ill effects on my body, especially the GI tract?

Appreciate your responses.

First of all, PLEASE stop posting your questions over and over again.

Second, prune juice (6-8oz.) is fine unless you are a diabetic. Then you need to eat prunes instead of the juice. A lot less sugar.

The only adverse effect I can think of is Diarreah (I don't know how to spell it) unless you take medicines with which it may interact.
