Here is a sample numerology report for you and if you change your name you will chnage your destiny maybe for the better or maybe for the worse something for you to think about .
Your name at birth is your Expression, Soul Urge and your Persona they all have a purpose in your life to change your name is to change your purpose.

November 20, 1974

Personal Year: 3
Self-expression and optimism fill your moments now. The waiting period is over and it's time to jump up and get on with things. Luck is on your side, and you seem to shine with sunny warmth and enthusiasm which draws well-wishers, (and potential benefactors), to you from near and far. Creative pursuits, travel, and communication of every kind is emphasized now. This time can bring an actual "birth", or a figurative one in the form of a new business or career, a work of art or even a new self-image. The important thing is that you use this time of opportunity to the best of your advantage and find new ways to express who you are.

Personal Month: 4
This is the month for getting things done. Clean out the cupboards, and color code the closet. Pay the bills, call your mother. Look serious. Plan! the rest of the year will run smoother if you do. Everybody trusts you now.

Personal Day: 9
Clean house. Go on a one day juice fast. Take someone dear to the zoo and have eye contact with the gorillas. See the interconnectedness of all things. Be grateful. Wear any color that makes you feel good.

Life Path or Destiny: 7
The Destiny number describes the life lessons that we have come here to learn. It reveals to us the path we must take, and the role we must play to fulfill our mission. Often our choice of career is based on this vibration, and if not, then it will manifest through avocational pursuits. We may attract people and experiences into our lives that mirror the traits of this number for us, so that we may develop into our highest potential. We don't always welcome our life lessons, so it is a possibility that we may even feel an aversion to the characteristics of our Destiny number in other people, and we may ourselves act the opposite. In spite of the many ways we may choose to react to this force within us, we have been gifted with all of the talents and energy needed to fulfill our Destiny. You are an enigma to others and perhaps even to yourself. Your mind is like an arrow that can shoot deep into it's subject, analyzing and storing vast volumes of knowledge. Your introspective and intuitive mind then uses this knowledge to decipher your world's complexity of mysteries. You are a philosopher and humanity is waiting for your words of wisdom. Spirituality, phenomena and the occult are areas that may interest you, as are religion, science and mathematics.

Cycles
The destiny is divided into 3 great cycles, each governing us for specific durations throughout our life. The Seed cycle begins at birth and colors our experiences through childhood and adolescence. During the year nearest our 28th birthday, we move into the Fruit cycle which remains throughout the middle part of our life until the year nearest our 56th birthday, and the Harvest cycle carries on from there. Taken all together, the cycles show us our particular path that will lead to the fulfillment of our destiny.

Seed: 11
When the 11 is the seed cycle, it reduces to a 2, which is a much more manageable energy for a child. This produces a very emotional, shy child, who is ever willing to help and serve. If the 11 energy is attempted, the child could see the the world as surreal, or unfriendly. Psychic or empathic abilities are probably very strong, and modes of self-protection are being formed that could last the whole life through. Forgiveness is an important attitude to cultivate now.

Fruit: 2
Cooperation, adaptability and diplomacy shape the experience during the 2 cycle. It is a time to collect knowledge and to be of service to others, becoming sensitive to their feelings and learning patience. It is a waiting period, gestation. Psychic development is likely.

Harvest: 3
This is a time of fun and creative expression. You're likely to be in the spotlight somehow, and you've got a large audience. It's a good time to write the book you've always had in mind, or take art classes. The so-called "retirement years" are a second youth for you.

Pinnacles
The four pinnacles reveal the high spots or heights of attainment that we are likely to encounter as we move along the path of our life. The 1st pinnacle lasts from birth to around age 28. The 2nd pinnacle lasts for 9 years after that. the 3rd pinnacle lasts 9 more years, and the 4th pinnacle carries on through the rest of our life. The peak of the pinnacle is reached during the next 1 personal year. Pinnacles are like sudden inheritances from a benevolent aunt, they can transform the prevailing energies completely and suddenly. It is useful to look ahead and prepare for our pinnacles so that we can maximize their gifts to us and shape them into the most positive manifestation.

First Pinnacle: 4
This is a period of practical, orderly construction. Creativity can be harnessed and focused on a goal. The practical, hard work you are doing now is building a strong foundation for the rest of your life to grow from.

Second Pinnacle: 5
The 5 pinnacle will bring opportunities for freedom in any area that there has been stagnation, so changes in job, relationships or residence are common. If there is a resistance to change, it may be manifested through something or someone seeming to force it. Either way the change will occur.

Third Pinnacle: 9
A time of completion, change, and charity. This is a period where there will be an urge to focus your energy on humanitarian and self-less efforts. Fine artists, poets and philosophers vibrate this energy.

Fourth Pinnacle: 5
This time of your life could find you dashing off on an unexpected voyage of adventure. It will be important to remain flexible and willing for change could occur any moment now. Retirement will be more like childhood "could" have been.

Challenges
The three challenges show us the major influences demanding our attention during specific sections of our lifetime. The 1st challenge influences the years from birth to age 28. The 2nd challenge takes over from age 28 to 52, and the third affects us our whole life. Challenges shape our attitudes and can affect our health. These vibrations that challenge us, cause either an exaggeration of the associated qualities or a lack of them, both of which are extremes which need to be brought into balance.

First Challenge: 0
0 brings the challenge of balancing selfishness with selflessness. There is usually some reason that the child is forced into independence early. They are sometimes born of older parents or to large families where they are made to be responsible for younger siblings, or small families where they play the role of parent to their own parents. The 0 challenge is sometimes called the challenge of the "old soul", and the children are likely to be very wise. In the teenage years they become loners or profound, romantic poets. They begin their life long search for a soulmate.

Second Challenge: 1
1's challenge is about independence and initiation in spite of any opposition. Like all challenges, balance is to be found and for this challenge the balance is in asserting their will while also considering the will of everyone else involved, not by sacrificing but by cooperating. The balance can be found in the 9 and the 2. A view of the big picture, humanity and all, coupled with a sensitive intuition. In this way the 1 can accomplish their aims with the assistance of all concerned.

Third Challenge: 1
The challenge of ambition and will-power. The 1 challenge holder may feel that their natural will and desire to create, explore and discover, is being thwarted by external circumstance or authority. This may lead them to snuff out their own bright flame in an effort for harmony. The challenge is to acknowledge this tendency and to force themselves to forge ahead and assert their will against, or in spite of opposition. The key is to act upon one's firm decisions, making sure it is the best choice and then committing to the final outcome. The opposite of this is possible where the challenger is so focused on their own will and desires that they trample over everything else in their path. In this case the remedy is to realize that we are all sharing this experience together, and to act accordingly.

Love & Blessings
Milly

...SO WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF YOU CAHNGE YOUR NAME ??? You see you may be changing your name because you may be experiencing some problemetic time..OK There is nothing in changing your name because the soul present in your body is going to remain the same and all the Prarabdha Karma reserved for you can not be cganged and you have accept them whether you like them or not because they are the out come of your previous birth Karm (Sin and Virtue) so if you think that by changing your name you can escape then you are making a blunder and acting agaist the wishes of God!!

are you asking how to change your name? you either pay a lawyer or you get the form (i think you can get them from any city hall, if not they will know where) and you fill it out, go before a judge, tell the judge why you want to change your name.. and so long as it's not some stupid reason that makes him/her think you need counseling it's a done deal (plus court fees)

R. Ramkumar is a common name. See, for example,

There's another Ramkumar who shares your name and birthday, but he's only 26 years old:

So maybe your name isn't so bad after all.
If you decide to change your name, what would you choose?
