I am an Indian. I went through same.Take her to a counsellor in india. it is the best way out. Lawyers and judges will make your life miserable if you collide head on.

get a good lawyer.. file a case..show cause of seperation..you will have to pay money still but a good lawyer can make a differnce in the amount
