I'm going to be participating in a strip-off contest at a strip club and have no idea what to do- due to the fact i've never done a strip-off. If anyone can give me some good ideas, i'd appreciate it.

It might be an idea to come up with your own theme, and then dress in costume

pracctice in privacy in front of a mirrowe, with some hot sounding musicc on your type that gets you going, practice it a coulpe of times-- movements bidy language are very very important here totallyafter a couple of times if you need more time get your confidence levels up dont be nervouss try get into the grove of itt with your type of music in back ground.
