Personally, I don't know of ANY male that could be raped. While it CAN happen I'm sure, I don't think the odds are very good! But for those that it does happen to then the punishment should be the same. Rape is Rape.

Rape of anyone being rapped by anyone is illegal.
Men have to break the sterotypes that they have the "forcers" and not the victims. There are mulitple cases of women abusing men in their relationships. Take the Bobbet case: the woman cut off the man's penis. More recently, men have been coming forward with stories of abusive women.
Women are just as capable of hitting a man and giving him a blackeye as a man is to give one to a woman. Women aren't the little lambs they use to be, a rising female empowerment and the changing of home environments have changed this.
If you have been raped, please contact the police and get the help you need.
Just as fear does not stop an erection, fear does not stop a woman from becoming aroused either. In fact, there was a poll in Cosmpolitan that women wanted to have a trist with a "dangerous man". You can't get much more dangerous than someone who wants to take you and all your worth.

I think it already is illegal. Why would that teacher in FL be going to jail if it wasn't? It's wrong no matter what right?
I'm a woman and I think woman should do the time for the crime. But, if men are being raped by women, we need to change a lot of things about the justice system, because I suspect it would be really embarrassing to talk to the police about it. So, we need to make it ok for men to report it so we can start punishing women who do it correctly.

Rape is illegal in the US. However, in some countries it is used as a form of punishment. For example, the sins of the father is taken out on the virgin daughter who is now shamed and must go commit suicide.
Anyone can be raped. It is less common for a woman to rape a man for any number of reasons.
1. Men are generally stronger than women.
2. Men have a differnt mind set.
3. Men are generally more violent than women.
4. Men use sexual force to control women more so than a woman uses it for a man.
5. Women are more easily violated and intimdated.
Now, it is possible for women to be aggressive, men, controling and so forth. And while it *is* possible to hold an erection while being scared, it is harder for that woman to rape him, unless it is through anal penetration.
As for the child support issue. Sure she may have been the abuser, but he was not strong enough to prove that in courts, so he is getting to royal screw job. It is very unfair, but it's not about what you know, its about what you can prove. and he never proved that she was an abusive spouse.

Rape IS illegal in all forms. Not all sexual encounters result in pregnancy. The woman has to "pay" for the act to, by paying for and raising said child (IF that is the result). I've never heard of a man stepping forward and claiming that he was forcefully raped and therefore is not responsible for his child. Interesting argument, I'd like to see the man that says that and how he proves it.

It is illegal. What on earth made you think it wasn't? And as far as your "rape" victim having to pay child support, please direct me to a link where I can find out about this. And, giving you the benefit of the doubt, if this happened, this is horrible, and akin to S. Dakota making ALL abortions illegal and forcing rape victims to give their attackers equal parental rights...SICK!

Rape is rape and is illegal no matter who is the aggressor. I think it is probably harder to prove when the woman is the aggressor. I do know of cases where they have been prosecuted and even gone to jail. I took your question seriously although I' not sure you meant it that way. Teacher Mary Jo Leaturno spent several years in jail for the rape of one of her students.

the truth is it has happened, I've heard several cases of it, but to the best of my knowledge rape is gender non-specific, the difficulty is to get people to present evidence of rape, it cross examination ( for both men AND women) can be even more traumatic than the rape itself,

when the justice wakes up and shakes the cobwebs out of their thinking brains they will see that male rape is a serious violent offence and the punishment should be equal to rape of a female.
