can a parent [father] chose a woman for his son to marry, and im asking whether is good or bad?

No...he should not chose your life long mate. That's not right. You need to find someone who YOU want to Love and be with forever...

No. It is a personal decision, but one can only guide or advise the son if one has any superior information. The final decision will still lie with the son.

No, parents should not choose their childrens spouse.... They can try, but they need to realize that you (the children) are the ones who have to live with this person, not them...

You need to find the person YOU love.. Someone who is compatable to you... Your parents should not have a say... They don't have to like him, but will have and should accept him/her for you....

parents should never try to choose who their son or daughter is with. it's their life not the parents. this ain't the 50's no more...
