How rare is the original photo design sleeve, for Miles Davis' Sketches of Spain CD, prior to the red/yellow?

Was the familiar red/yellow artwork not available, for this first CD release (CBS CD62327), or was Davis, with smoking a cigarette, no longer PC?

The UK version of the original 1959 LP featured the cigarette smoking photo sleeve, the US LP had the red and yellow artwork sleeve. Most CD reissues have used the red and yellow sleeve, but a foreign reissue may have opted for the old UK cover art.
