I think they have a good chance of earning a wildcard this season if the defense improves from the first four games. 36 points against one of the better defensive teams in the league is a sign that the offense in getting on track but the defense has been horrible at giving up big plays. The biggest key for the Skins right now is Shawn Springs getting healthy and returning. With Springs back, it take the pressure off of Carlos Rogers of covering the other teams number one WR and also frees up the safeties for more blitzes and to come to the line for run support. If Springs can provide that impact when he returns then Washington will almost definitely gain a wildcard birth and will challenge for the NFC East title.

I don't think so no. Too many tough opponents and the Skins D really needs to improve if they want to keep winning. Dan Snyder sucks the life out of D.C.!!!
