CANADA:
Why? Lots of reasons:
1. Great Economy
2. Polite People (specially outside Toronto and Montreal)
3. Open Mindedness
4. Less controversial than some of the other countries.
5. Virtually no crime (the top news usually is "a small knife found in the bus the other day"!!)
6. Free Healthcare!!
On the down side: the weather!!
But - please don't let the weather get you down!!

I always dreamed of going around the world but I realized we're really great here in Quebec (Canada). The main reasons are: freedom of speech, varying temperatures take makes you appreciate the summer a lot and so there are no dangerous bugs. Here the only major weather problem we had was an ice storm that cut off electricity for more then a month in some minor cities but none died of it. We have great lakes, forest and mountains. Quebecers are friendly people in general and the food is awesome!

Canada.We are mulit-cultural,health care is free,we have freedom,and it's a land of many opportunities.
