Is this serious? You don't know people who give birthday cards in the morning? Well, I know some people who would actually feel something's wrong if you meet them in the morning and you wait until the afternoon or evening to give them a birthday card. I usually give a birthday card in the morning, or whenever I meet the person for the first time on his/her birthday.

I never heard that before. I think you should always make sure the person who's birthday it is, has the card first thing, to make them feel happy and loved.
