Be natural and sincere as possibly as you can. Questions will focus on your capability to do the job so there might be practical questions related to applied position, your maturity in dealing with the ups and downs in the job and your inclinations for future actions. Be ready also to answer off-tangent questions for they are meant only to psyche you up, which is part of the interview and screening procedure.

Good luck!

Remember that the employer wants toknow what you can do for them, so avoid asking about vacations and benefits in a first interview. Also, you need to sell yourself by telling them about experience you have in the same field or a similar field--in other words, they won't have to spend a lot of time training you because you're ready to hit the ground running after you're briefed on their individual company procedures.

Don't show you're nervous, practice some breathing exercises before going (for chilling out), don't cross your legs, nor your hands or arms, keep a willing but not agressive posture.
