This is the important line. This means integrated graphics. While the Radeon Xpress 200 may have a small amount of built-in memory (unlike Intel integrated graphics), it will still be borrowing memory from your RAM (the 1024mb) to use for graphics. It may be okay for older games, or games that don't require a lot of 3D, but newer games might be pretty slow. Almost any dedicated graphics card would provide better performance in games. A decent graphics card should be available for as little as $100. (Less if you're willing to use an older and/or lower-end card.)
