Anything is possible if you put your mind to it,Are you a good sailor? Cruise ships do not make it but cargo definitely but it can take weeks! for cheap travel go to www.responsibletravel.com or www.The-Tribes-Foundation.org or www.northsouthtravel.co.ltd
or drive there along the coastal route but make sure your paperwork is in order.

You can sail to some places on a cargo ship and get a cheap deal, but would take ages so not good for a 2 week holiday!

Only as part of a cruise I think, unless you have your own boat. It would take forever.
