Maybe.

There is always the concern that many non-thinking American voters will look at falling gas prices and a rising stock market and come to the conclusion that all is well in the world.
And they'll re-elect the same bums.

On the other hand, Democrats have not done much to offer voters any real solid choices.
The party keeps swinging way out in left field.
A smarter plan would be to court the middle-America, moderate voter.

But that would require thinking on the part of the Democrats.
And for that matter, the Republicans don't think very much, either.
They keep espousing family values, Christian morals and fundamentalist views.
But people like Foley keep dragging that image down.

Help!
I'm in the middle of the road and getting side-swiped by the far right and far left!

It won't be the Democrat's doing. What an inept, cowardly group -- but even they will look better to swing voters than whatever unfortunate "thing" the Republicans have become.

I said two months ago there was going to be a live boy or a dead girl surface to anchor the republicans to the bottom of the sea. Looks like I was right.

They won't have to. Anyone with half a brain will be able to decide if it's time for a change! Democrats and Republicans alike!

They are swarming around them trying to. The only plan they have to win elections is to discredit the other side and try to keep their oppenents base from turning out. They can't win on issues. Im sure they have more stuff up their sleave to reveal before November.
