There is always a better way of treating cold and other diseases. Treat it by natural products. Natural products mean it is vegetable, fruits and herbs. There is a proper way of handling, preparing and using this things. Don't just grab one and use it because it won't be as effective and you will just waste your time and money. Unlike the OTC medicines, it damages your organs. I have been using natural products for more than 3 years now and I am healthier now. I highly recommend this ND (Naturopathic Doctor). His website is www.design2heal.com . Try it, it help my family and I know it will help you too. Not only with your colds but with other ailments too.

Not much of anything. A cold is a virus and will have to run it's course. You don't want to take anything because it can transfer thru breast milk. If you feel you must, contact your baby's pediatrician first. Also, drink plenty of fluids and get as much rest as you can. (kinda hard with a baby). Hope you feel better soon.

If you are breastfeeding you really can't take anything. Besides there is no way to make it go away any faster. Drink plenty of fluids....water, herbal tea, good juices, get as much rest as you can (I know that's hard with a baby!) and just wait for it to go away. Can't put any cold medicines into your baby.

you can't take anything, because anything that you take can and will be passed down to your child.
