You can provided you are a major in this country and have sufficient funds to either afford it on your own or through mortgage from some finance company. also see if you can afford its maintenance and fuel bill after purchasing it otherwise it shall remain a showpiece in your house

if you are not sure then don't. no point in wasting gas ,money and time. first and last are irreplaceable and second one is rather scarce.
