You can provided you are a major in this country and have sufficient funds to either afford it on your own or through mortgage from some finance company. also see if you can afford its maintenance and fuel bill after purchasing it otherwise it shall remain a showpiece in your house

if you're buying from a dealer that is..
otherwise if you have the money to or loan check to give someone else for a car, then yes!
