I assume you mean short for a woman to be....
I don't think so, I am about that or just under, and I don't have any problems with my height.
Other than having a hard job buying trousers, it is not really much of an issue.

Too short for what?
To be a runway model, yes.
To have a happy life, of course not!
Are you short? Yes, but then so are a lot of other women in this world. They don't let it affect them and neither should you.
You might have some headaches trying to find clothing that fits right, but height doesn't have any impact on your ability to live. The only way it is a problem is if you let it be one. If you are willing to try, then it won't ever hold you back in life.

what matters if its short or tall?
There are many defects in tall people.
Reportedly tall people have poor health and also many more aspects in life.
It should not actually bother you.
All that matters is whether you are leading a happy life/ whether you are being good to people around you and whether they are being good to you.

not it isnt...me personally..i like short women...they are cute compared to those tall and huge women...i would love to cuddle with someone ur size or maybe u..lol
