its a african sulcata tortoise. i just bought it 1 month before. he already 6-7 month old.. the thing is he doesnt eat his thing and always lying like **** on the same spot... HELP!!

Where to begin?
Housing: These guys need HUGE spaces- an adult needs an entire yard for space.
Temps: 75-85 with a warmer spot and cooler spots.
Lighting: These guys NEED ultra-violet light and overhead heat.

Sounds like your tortoise is very sick.
Sulcuttas are a desert species and need to be kept very warm and very dry. Failure to do this will cause illness. Your tortoise needs a light that provides UVB rays and he needs fresh veggies, especially dark leafy greens, or he will get vitamin deficiencies and illness.
You need to warm up the enclosure and take your tortoise to the vet ASAP.

my turtle was like that, every year at a certain point they stop eating for a while, it bothered me too until i realized he was like hybernating or something, he would eat after a while. Just to be sure i suggest you look this up.
