If Hastert decided to "fall on his sword" wouldn't this just prove the Republican Party to be the Party of "Cut and Run" ???

Hastert fell on his sword 11 months ago when he found out about Foley, but did absolutely nothing about it. Foley had the responsibility to everyone to do something about the situation back then. He is as guilty as the perpetrator of the abuse.

No, he is not the leader of our values, we are. My values have not changed & no one in politics will change them.
He also sent IMs to newspapers & they said there was nothing but inappropiate banter - no story. Do you want Miami Herald, & other papers to also fall on sword? The newspapers were in his district making them someone responsible for letting the people
that voted for him know. I never voted for him - he is not in my area or state. As far as Republican go, we vote in our Senators & Representatives & who everyone else sends is their business.
