1st thing you will need to do is get together a small business or regular business plan. This is NOT easy to do. You have to figure out a whole bunch of stuff and have it on paper, from how much money you have , how much will you need to how your going to get it. This plan will have to be totally detailed. Like, where is your business going to be, if it's near another restaurant, if so which one? And what makes your business different (how will you stand up to theirs?) etc. Look up "starting a small business" and "how to prepare a business plan" (examples)
