I don't know anything about ruptured implants, but I say if she's not getting help from the doctor she went to and you think there's something wrong, take her to another one. And another and another until you get someone who will listen. But if you're worried, take her back. I'd rather pay money to have my doctor tell me it's all in my head than not go and find out I should have. Especially with things like that. Take her back to the doctor honey.

Ovarian cysts In younger ladies the ovaries are approximately 3cm lengthy. After the menopause they generally tend to minimize. Normal ovaries are not able to frequently be felt in the course of a clinical exam, besides in younger, skinny ladies. Some ladies have cysts on their ovaries. Cysts are fluid crammed sacks. They aren't frequently cancerous. In ladies of childbearing age, small cysts broaden within the ovary each month as an egg develops. This is typical. First- what are her implants leaking? If her implant is leaking saline then she's fine but I think she should have something done if she's leaking silicone into her body. As for the rupturing cyst- there's nothing you can do about it. (If that's what it is) Has she gone through menopause? Cysts are formed from a follicle that releases an egg. I form cysts every month and they rupture every month- the best thing that helps is advil or aleve and the heating pad. If she's already taking pain meds, then I wouldn't recommend the meds listed above.

sounds like your friend has some psychological or anxiety issues as well given the meds she is on so she probably is freaking out more than necessary. the cyst is no big deal, the pain medication is all she needs. there is no magic cure for a ruptured cyst-she did get the appropriate treatment. as far as the leaking implants, depends on if they are saline or silicone and most likely she will need to see her plastic surgeon to deal with this-possibly exchange them or remove. as far as the blisters on her feet, i doubt they are related to the implants or the cyst.
