Change the proportions by doing at least 30 minutes exercise daily and a twenty minute brisk daily walk. Drink green tea 5-6 times a day for your metabolism. Drink lots of water. Stay away from caffeine, colas, sugar and people who offer you donuts. don't worry and have fun. Realistically, though, you will probably want to buy the dress sooner than in 1 1/2 months. So, get started walking and exercising now!!! Get up from that computer and go!

Ask how? Easy! Stop drinking colas, or any sodas. Drink a lot of water. Don't cut on coffee, as long as you are drinking it in normal quantities. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. boiled meat is great also. you can eat plenty, and still you won't input too many calories. Avoid bread, pastas, spaghetti. You can try to drink hot pure lemon juice . Squeeze it and warm it, and drink it on empty stomach. It will burn the fat. Go to the gym. Exercise daily, ride a bike, rollerblades, and enjoy the scenery. Good luck honey, and have a nice prom!

The quickest way is to start working. no longer plenty, yet a minimum of three miles an afternoon, minimum. the burden it will in basic terms start to fall off you. attempt to drink a good number of Gatorade and water too, and no snacking. in basic terms 3 good food, and your on a standard basis run. 2 months is a good number of time, in case you get serious, and don't provide in to the instantaneous temptation to be slack!

I'm a Diet Technician in the military, safer bet is ask your doctor if prolong excercise and balanced diet. Avoid sugars and caffeine. I recently gave birth almost 11 months ago and I lost all the weight, by excercising three hours a day. one hour before work, one hour after lunch break and hour after dinner. I also started eating 6 smaller, frequent meals. 1 hour before I start working our in the morning I eat at least one egg white (from boiled agg) with 2 pieces (small ones) of saltine crackers, and lots of water. one hour after my work-out I eat bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. Lunch I have a canned chicken noodle soups, small sized apple and water. snacks will be one tablespoon of peanut butter with 6 small pieces of slatine crackers. dinner will be one (1/2) chicken breast, lightly salted and peppered, with ceasar salad with fat free ranch dressing and lots of water. snack was a medium sized fruit with water. My work-out consist of running on the thread mill on the speed of 6 for 30 minutes. With elevated push-ups to tone those arms and sit-ups for those good-looking abs. Within the three months i loss at least 19 pounds off. It took me at least 6 months to lose all the weight, total of 65 pounds. But it was worth it.
But again please talk to a dietician and your physician first before starting on a regimen of any sort. And don't ever crash diet because it would eventually haunt you, if not now, in the near future, and I mean near.
