I would be inclined to first ask if this is your normal sleep pattern. Do you often speak and gesture while sleeping?
- Honestly, it almost sounds as if you were channeling - communicating on behalf of a non-corporeal entity without interference or interjection from the conscious mind. It's like letting another being borrow your vocal chords for a few.
- If you are not in agreement with this activity, you can establish psychic boundaries. If you are not familiar with how to do this, check out Berkeley Psychic Institute, or a reputable psychic, or a Wicca practitioner, etc. Any of these will be happy to teach you.

Do you watch the ghost whisperer, you could have been dreaming about the TV show. I believe that ghosts are all around us all the time. Your lucky though, once I sat up in bed and had a conversation with my husband in ancient Gaelic. BTW, I don't speak any other languages but English.

Watch any scary movies lately or heard the term Ghost Whisperer recently? Sometimes things you heard, watch, think, or say before you go to bed come out in your sleep.

Ghosts are lost souls, they are everywhere, when you feel the presence of one tell it to go to God (the Light), some apparently dont feel worthy of going to God, tell the ghost you are worthy and once on the Other Side all has been forgiven and no pain or suffering is there. You may have to tell your ghost a few times to go, be reasonable with the ghost and convincing. Most will pass to the light when instructed to.

Sounds like a minor haunting. Nothing really to worry about. It's just your basic ghost. There might be folks in your area who could set up a seance for you, if you want, or eliminate altogether.

its possible that it is haunted, but it doesnt sound like its anything to worry about. many houses have former owners stay there as ghosts and whatnot and usually just act as a caretaker and just watch the house.

It sounds to me that you are going into a trance state in your sleep and having psychic experiences in you sleep. Have your wife write down things you say while your in this state. Research your home's history as well and go from there!

Your house is not haunted. Your guiding spirit has probably decided to let it's presence be known to some. That's all.

A lot of people talk and say odd things in their sleep. It could just be that or it could be something else.
