OrthoMax with bifenthrin. This is the replacement for diazinon--even Scotts uses it in their SummerGard fertilizers. It will do the job. They come in 10,000 sq ft bags.

I know this going to sound crazy but take egg shells a lay them on top of the ant hills.The next day all of the ants will be gone and you don't have to worry about poison in your yard. When I fist heard about this I thought it sounded too crazy but it works like a charm.

I get ant piles in my yard but what can kill them is putting dish soap on the pile and then spray water on them and make it to where there are lots of suds and the ants won't be able to breath and they die.

I would say either Over and Out or Amdro. My wife and I use Amdro. They take it to the Queen!

pour a soft drink all over the hill they come out the syrup will stick to them and they die( it works great
