Bascially, you want variety in your life. Although you are married, you want something different subconsciously. Perhapys you are not happy or content with your current marriage or relationship. By projecting some guy who sent your flowers could symbolize your desire of being recognzied or praised. This may be due to your unsatisfied relationship or proud ego. You perhaps want to outstand everyone else. There may be something that triggered this dream. Could be talk among friends or could be self esteem that caused you think of youreself of being more importance.
