I think it might be 'A Roller Skating Jam Named Saturdays' by De La Soul, but there are many....

Saturday- Yo La Tengo
Saturday's Gone - Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan
Get Down Saturday Night - Oliver Cheatham
Saturday Sun - Nick Drake
Drive-In Saturday- David Bowie
Hey Saturday Sun-Boards of Canada

I first thought of De La Soul's song ' A Rollerskating Jam Called Saturday' where the chorus goes like that but it is probably Elton John. The De La Soul one is lovely, not like the shouty other one.
