Less than three weeks after the tagic passing of her son, Anna Nicole Smith has married her long-time attorney and close confidante, Howard K. Stern. The happy couple said their I dos this morning at 10:30 am in the Bahamas. Star magazine has the dish:
'In a world-exclusive report, an eyewitness tells Star that Anna, 38, and Howard, 37, tied the knot at 10:30 am on the morning of September 28, on a 50-foot catamaran anchored off Blackbeard's Cay in Nassau! "There was heavy security around the yacht, plus extra speedboats to deliver more supplies as needed (including unlimited Dom Perignon champagne) from the island to the catamaran," says the eyewitness, who adds that the wedding party celebrated the union afterwards by having a swim party around the yacht — "and Anna was wearing a pink bikini!"'
Stay tuned on this one. If we've learned anything from this story it's that nothing is as it appears to be. Is this a love marrige or could this be a legal maneuver to ensure that Howard gets custody of baby Dannie Lynn Hope?
It was only a matter of time before this happened. Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend and possible father of her baby girl, Dannie Lynn Hope, has filed a lawsuit demanding a paternity test be performed on the child.
Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri told the AP that Birkhead filed the lawsuit because his attempts to communicate with Anna have been ignored.
"The access had been cut off about the time of the birth of the child," she said. Opri also told the AP that Birkhead also has other concerns in regards to the child, "There are concerns about the health and safety of the child," Opri said.
"These are things that will come out in court." Yeah, well I'm sure Howard K. Stern more or less challenging Birkhead to file a lawsuit during his recent appearance on Larry King didn't help things either.
Oooh, I have a feeling this is about to get very dirty. I heard on Good Day L.A. this morning that allegedly Birkhead wants custody of the baby if it's his and that he is also claiming that at one time Anna Nicole was taking Methadone (one of the drugs in the combo that killed Daniel) and that Stern was her hook up for it, alleeeedgedly of course!!!.
Yeah, something crazy like that which you know I will be looking for more info on today. I still feel bad for Anna Nicole and her loss and think it's horrible that on top of that, she has to deal with this lawsuit from Birkhead.
But saying that, this Birkhead guy got it in his head (he claims from Anna Nicole) that the baby is his. Seems that a lot of madness could have been avoided by just doing the paternity test instead of cutting off contact with the guy, no?
But of course, this is Hollywood, not to mention, Anna Nicole Smith we are talking about and where that is concerned, nothing is ever normal.

I am also outraged that Anna Nicole Smith can't mourn the loss of her son in private. Her family has been in my prayers. However, she does not have the right to decide who is and is not the father. The real father of this baby needs to be known for the sake of the child and everyone else involved. If Howard K. Stern is the father he should not seek custody. I think it would be reprehensible of him to even think about separating that baby from its mother in a time like this and that any judge that would allow it should be lose their license.

I don't think any woman has the right to say any man she chooses is the father. I believe the guy that is claiming to be the father truly is. If she didn't want to have a child with him then she should have shut her legs. If it comes out that he is the father he has every right in the would to be in that little girls life. Personally I think she is a total drug addict and has no right having a baby. She cant even hold down a conversation with anyone intelligently. I feel very bad for her that she lost Daniel no parent should have to experience that, But it dont excuse her drug and pill popping habits.

To be one hundred% difficulty-free i imagine Brit shaved her head via actual shown actuality that there should be a tribulation quickly related to her kids custody. they could take hair samples to work out if you're using drugs. So whats up what extra perfect of a fashion to get out of getting to describe your drug utilization than shaving all of it off. i truly do sense sorry for her that's like shes hit all-time low. At this element i truly imagine shes going to lose her little ones to ok-Fed.. i do not truly imagine it has some thing to do with Anna Nicole's death..

Contrary to what she may say, I doubt Anna Nicole is upset at the media attention. I certainly concede her son's passing was tragic, and while surely she is heartbroken, she hasn't been conducting herself as someone (typical) enduring grief.

I agree with you, but I think someone needs to step in and help this woman. I think there is something "shady" about her attorney, Stern in this matter.
I think a criminal investigation needs to happen. I don't think he's innocent. Why did Daniel die at this time in his life?
I think Stern is leading her around by the nose and keeping her drugged up. I also think he's after her money.

Well, if someone else is the father, I don't know if she can "decide" that Howard K. Stern is the father.
