The center has Gone massively Down Hill in the Past 20 Years!

There has been an attempt to re-develop the center with the Peace Gardens and Winter Gardens!

This Does Not detract from the Numerous years Of Neglect and Financial mis-management from the Local Council!
Add too Much CCTV,Meadowhall and You have a recipe for Inner-City decline!

You can take the Rough out of Sheffield! But You Cant Take the Rough out of Sheffield!

Sheffield's city centre as suffered since the Meadowhall Shopping Centre opened,hence the run down shopping areas.

We went shopping there last year. I didn't mind the place but there was very little to do. I hated Meadow Hall. It was full of badly behaved teenagers.

It used to be worse.. After all the steel industry was closed down it was bare.. Its coming on now...
