I decide on Pavarotti over Bocelli. I can't say precisely why instead of in Pavarotti's high he had a energy and intensity to his voice that I don't listen in Bocelli. Pavarotti's voice used to be like a flawlessly elderly, hearty crimson wine, filled with bouquet, energy, and resonance. Perhaps it's me, however Bocelli does no longer bring the resonance, nor has the intensity. To me it looks that both the Bocelli or the tune enterprise is making an attempt to fill the void & comply with the direction alternatively than to strike out on a brand new path. But as artwork it's all as much as the beholder.
